When I quickly dipped the Okinawa Agu pork in hot water, the fat melted gently, and the sweetness and umami combined, making me smile involuntarily. After that, when I grilled the kalbi, the juices flowed out, and the aftertaste was light, making me keep reaching for more with my chopsticks. The lineup also includes enjoyable textures, such as the crunchy pork tongue and the crisp island shallot kimchi. Finally, the light broth of the Okinawa soba that I slurped seeped into my body, greatly enhancing my overall satisfaction with the meal.
