Mi ha sempre incuriosito e finalmente sono riuscito a visitarlo. L'interno è luminoso e pulito. È un piccolo ristorante con un bancone e un tavolo che possono ospitare circa 8 persone. I piatti preparati dal proprietario, che lavora con grande abilità davanti ai nostri occhi sulla piastra, erano tutti molto buoni. Poiché si occupa da solo della cucina, penso che sia un ottimo ristorante per chi può aspettare con calma, poiché il tempo di attesa può aumentare se il locale è affollato. Il classico okonomiyaki di maiale che mi è stato consigliato era soffice e mi ha dato l'impressione di aver mangiato un delizioso okonomiyaki dopo tanto tempo. Le verdure e la carne erano freschissime e davvero deliziose, si scioglievano in bocca. Spero di tornare presto. Grazie per il pasto!
