A karma shop that boasts fresh, finely chopped kimchi and delicious shrimp tempura
Edomae Tendon Hamada is a specialty tempura restaurant known for its fresh, finely chopped kimchi. The refreshing taste of the kimchi enhances the deliciousness of the tempura. The portions are small, but the flavors are excellent. The shrimp tempura is made with black tiger shrimp, offering a crispy and light texture. The heads of the shrimp tempura are fried separately, providing a crunchy texture. Fresh kimchi is served as a side dish, and wasabi is topped on the mochi tofu. Karma-ya opened in December last year and offers take-out packaging.
