It is a Korean stamina dish made by slowly simmering a whole young chicken stuffed with high medicinal effect ingredients such as glutinous rice, ginseng, jujube, pine nuts, and garlic.
Basically, it is finished with a light flavor. Please add the special salt and pepper to the soup and enjoy it with your preferred seasoning. Additionally, if you take the salt and pepper on a separate plate and dip the shredded chicken into it, it will taste even better.
