This is a place where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere in Nagoya. You can feel the deliciousness of seasonal fish and meat, as well as the flavors of vegetables, which is truly impressive. The presentation is beautiful, and the combination with the dishes is stylish, making it exciting to look at. The counter is lined with ingredients, and they finish the dishes according to your preferences, which encourages conversation. The tempura of shira-uo (whitebait) and clam sake-steamed, as well as the tempura of shrimp and mountain vegetables, and the soba noodles at the end were all very good. The staff are kind, and both the counter seats and private rooms are comfortable, allowing you to spend a pleasant time.

The interior is clean and spacious, with a beautiful counter that is comfortable to sit at. There are many private rooms, allowing for a relaxed experience. The course flows well, offering a balanced enjoyment from warm dishes to sashimi. In particular, the swordfish sashimi is soft and sweet, and the yellowtail and bluefin tuna were full of flavor. The steamed cod milt and the fugu with matsutake mushrooms in a teapot, as well as the grilled Spanish mackerel and the sweetfish with roe, all reflect careful preparation and were satisfying. The final dish of 2:8 soba noodles was to my taste, and it was also enjoyable to see the ingredients lined up at the counter.
