This is a repeat restaurant, so I have included them in my last post. ===================================== Store Info. This is a place where you can enjoy the world's best latte art. 16 stores in Japan, originating in Shibuya, and in Kansai, there are shops in Kobe Harborland and Ame-mura. The barista who owns the shop is said to be the first Asian to win the world latte art competition called "Freeboa Latte Art Championship". The menu mainly consists of lattes, and their motto seems to be to provide customers with the world's best latte! They are particular about using the best green coffee beans, developing streamer coffee beans, and using a custom espresso machine made in the U.S. What I found out is that the best temperature for hot milk is 60 degrees Celsius, which gives the most sweetness to the latte. I really want to serve it at a lower temperature, but if I lower the temperature too much, I get complaints that it's too lukewarm, so they serve it at 60 degrees. Most ordinary coffee shops serve it at 70 degrees or higher. The coffee I had this time was Raspberry Milk Coffee ☕️¥-650 Raspberry version of SNS's popular milk coffee, available only at eat-in shops. Matcha and milk coffee versions are also available! Other menu items include streamer latte, revolver latte, military latte, seasonal latte, mocha supreme, espresso, mad americano, milk coffee, california latte, berry chocolate, etc. Food items include hot dogs, donuts, muffins, sandwiches (weekdays only), etc.

Insta-worthy coffee milk I hear that many people are searching for stores on Instagram these days. Indeed! I myself have actually visited some stores after seeing them on Instagram! Especially if it's photogenic, I want to go there too! This is also a store I discovered on Instagram! The location is about a 5 minute walk east from Yotsubashi station. A large latte-art leaf-shaped picture? is the landmark. Inside, there is a counter, tables and sofas, and a small but well-stocked The atmosphere was described by others as simple, understated, and masculine. I think that word fits perfectly. Maybe that's why there were so many men there alone. Was it by chance? I ordered a milk coffee for 610 yen. A special milk bottle with the store's logo Coffee milk with about 90% milk The contrast between the white and brown colors is wonderful. And if you want to look good on Instagram, put a doughnut on top of this jar. I had to give up on this because of the meal I was going to have later. But I'm sure you should try it! If you want to make it Instagram-worthy, why don't you try it? The coffee is a little sweet, but it's delicious! The price is a bit... expensive... Thank you very much.
