hello! I introduce to a Noodle shop "Hotaru" at itabash. I oredered to Special tsukemen noodle. Hello! One day for dinner, I had a large bowl of special tsukemen noodle at Noodle shop "Hotaru" near Itabashi station. In my opinion, it is the best ramen in the Itabashi area. The owner is handsome and keeps the basics, but always tries to come up with something new. The chicken chashu pork is also unique and good. I ordered the umami chicken ramen for 910 yen, plus 150 yen for the dressed egg. The noodles are chewy, medium-thick and have a good crunch! Even with this volume, I could eat it easily. 🍜 😂😂

Lunch the other day was at "Menya Hotaru" in Itabashi 🍜. I ordered the "Mellow Salt Ramen" from ‼︎ The soup is chicken based and has a mellow flavor as the name suggests! 🐔 The salt minerality is also gentle and not too sharp ☺️ Yes, it's delicious👍👍 There were boxes 📦 of Kanedin Foods and Asakusa Kaikaro in the store, I wonder which noodles ❓🤔🤔. The noodles were thin but tasty and firm! 🙆🙆 By the way, it rained heavily that day! ☂️☂️ We were comforted by the warm and delicious ramen ✨✨.
