This is a genuine barley shochu characterized by a gentle barley aroma and a soft, mellow taste, finished with the famous Shirakawa spring water selected as one of Japan's top 100 waters.
Using the 'Kogane Sengan' sweet potato from Kagoshima Prefecture, it has been crafted to have a sweet aroma. This is a refined sweet potato shochu that brings out the flavor of the ingredients.
