Additionally, this product embodies the hopes for recovery in Fukushima from the damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake, as represented by the Suzuki Sake Brewery. It is recommended both chilled and warmed.
One of the popular brands that Chiba Prefecture is proud of. Made with 100% Akita-produced sake brewing rice 'Miyama Nishiki', it is finished dry with low-temperature long fermentation. By not using carbon filtration, the rich umami of the rice is preserved, featuring a light and refreshing flavor that can be enjoyed chilled or warmed.
A sharp and clear refined dry sake. The alcohol content is lighter and finished with raw sake, providing a soft mouthfeel while further pursuing a crisp finish.
