falò+ is a restaurant born as the sister shop of the popular Daikanyama Italian 'falò'. It opened in 2023 on the dining floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower and carries on a cooking style centered on charcoal fire. Opened as part of a dining area that promotes a new urban food culture, it has attracted attention as a new charcoal-fired Italian that offers a dining experience like gathering around a bonfire.

The chef is Takuya Eguchi. He has a strong commitment to charcoal cooking and is known as a chef who places such importance on heat application that he has said, "If I can’t do charcoal grilling, I won’t open a restaurant."
