In the 2019 fiscal year, this menu is only available on July 26, 27, August 23, and 24. It is a bukkake soba with thick, short noodles similar to kishimen. It is served cold. The slightly larger portion is 900 yen, and the large portion is 1100 yen. The soba is made using whole buckwheat flour. It is a 80:20 soba. The soba is made using egg water. In the 2019 fiscal year, the soba is mostly sourced from Fukui Prefecture. The garnishing and pouring of the bukkake broth are self-service tasks. We only serve one type of soba on each operating day. There is no choice in ordering soba. On bukkake country soba days, only bukkake country soba is served. We do not offer zaru soba. Available for order only between 15:00-17:30. Chai is an Indian brewed milk tea. Roughly speaking, it's like a strong milk tea. While normally milk is used, at Sarabande we use soy milk. Soy milk chai lacks the richness compared to regular milk chai, and may feel somewhat lacking in flavor, so please try ordering it as a trial. It also takes quite some time to brew (around 10 minutes under normal circumstances, but during busy times it may take 20-30 minutes or more). If there are multiple groups of customers in the shop, the preparation time will be longer. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, the only available snack to accompany your drink is a commercially available European-style rice cracker. We quite like this particular snack among the commercially available options. However, please note that our selection of snacks and sweets to accompany drinks is not extensive, so please be aware. Allergy information: Contains soy.
Orders are only available between 15:00 and 17:30. The milk served with black tea is soy milk, not cow's milk. It lacks the richness of cow's milk and may feel slightly lacking in flavor, but thank you for your understanding. Additionally, the only available snack to accompany your drink is a commercially available European-style rice cracker. Among commercially available snacks, this one is quite enjoyable. However, please note that the selection of snacks and sweets to accompany your drink is limited, so please be aware. Allergens: soy.

It has a crispy wafer-like texture. A commercially available confectionery. 3 pieces for 100 yen. Contains allergens such as wheat, soy, eggs, milk, etc.
