The thinly sliced lamb shabu is very beautiful, cooks quickly, and is easy to eat. When you put several pieces together in the pot, you can really feel the umami and it is satisfying. The salad dressing is to my liking, making me want to take another plate. When you add a little pepper and enjoy it with the restaurant's soy sauce, the aroma is enhanced and it's delightful. Ramen and rice are also prepared, allowing you to enjoy the meal until the end. The interior is simple with table seating, and there are private rooms in the back, which gives a good impression of being well-organized to start the hot pot right away.
