A teppanyaki dining experience filled with Carp love
Located in Higashihonmachi, Matsue City, "JIRO" is a teppanyaki izakaya run by a proprietor from Hiroshima. The interior is filled with Carp merchandise, and a large television is set up for passionate fans to cheer together. The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki and teppanyaki featuring offal are exceptional, complemented by a house-made sweet and spicy miso-based sauce that pairs perfectly with beer.
