Yonefuku Tasting: Mortar-nabe Course
This is a luxurious special course featuring ingredients from the San'in region. A total of 7 dishes including assorted sashimi with fresh sashimi, Daisen chicken, seafood from Sakaiminato, Okuidumo pork, etc., allow you to fully enjoy the blessings of the San-in region. Finish with a special hot pot of Okuidumo pork in a refreshing yuzu salt soup.
