In addition to the traditional grilled vegetables, this course is made with ingredients from various regions.
This course allows you to fully enjoy our grilled vegetables, which we are particular about where they come from and how they are eaten. A la carte additions such as dried fish are available.
Made with 100% buckwheat flour from Akita Prefecture, topped with homemade karasumi. It was previously only available as part of a full course with advance reservation, but we now accept reservations for just the karasumi soba.
(Reservation required 3 days in advance) The hot pot seating is only available at the tables on the 2nd floor.
What is pre-mixing? The shōchū is pre-mixed with soft water and aged for over a week, resulting in a very mellow flavor and a gentle drinking experience. One cup is 840 yen, two cups are 1,260 yen.
