In a calm space with only an underground counter, you can enjoy a leisurely omakase. The first dish of sea urchin and jade eggplant is not only beautiful in appearance but also bursts with freshness when you take a bite. The eel in the soup, combined with matsutake mushrooms and onions, creates a delightful aroma and flavor that is enchanting. The flounder sashimi has a pleasant firmness, and when eaten with salt or wasabi, its taste stands out. Each dish, from the fragrant grilled eel to the fluffy sake-steamed grouper, leaves a lasting impression. You can't stop eating until the end, from the clay pot rice to the seasonal daifuku, leaving you with a happy feeling throughout.
