Hayashi rice has a rich flavor from high-quality Japanese beef and is easy to eat. The roux has a slight acidity, which highlights the deliciousness of the beef tendon. The larger meat toppings are delicious the more you chew, and they lift your spirits. The homemade ginger ale has a sharp ginger aroma, and the pale pink color is beautiful. The lassi made with fresh blueberries and the yogurt with sweet potato jam also have a special feel. The freshly steamed 100-year pudding is fun to finish by cracking the egg yourself, and I was satisfied even with the dessert.

In a shared space style shop, you can enjoy Hayashi rice featuring high-quality wagyu beef. At first, I was able to sample a bit of the unseasoned meat, and I could feel the power of the ingredients. The roux has a light texture that isn't heavy, and the flavor of the beef tendon comes through clearly. When I added larger cuts of meat, the more I chewed, the more delicious it became, greatly enhancing my satisfaction. The handmade ginger ale has a rich ginger aroma and a refreshing taste. The compote, pudding, and yogurt served after the meal were also impressive, and each one had a flavor that brought a smile to my face.
