This safe and secure Yukhoe is made with inspected black-haired Wagyu Yamagata beef from the thigh, which meets the standards set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and can be enjoyed year-round.
We have prepared the most marbled part of the misuji cut as a Japanese style yukke.
Please enjoy the thick and rich flavor of the special egg yolk, which is made using a special method that allows it to be picked up with chopsticks without breaking, wrapped around the thinly sliced largest part of the misuji.

Since its establishment, we have been particular about harami, which is why we use 'Uchi Harami' from A5 rank black-haired wagyu cows. This popular cut is difficult to obtain as only 2 kg can be taken from one cow. It has the chewiness of harami while also possessing the richness of the fat from the belly meat and the umami of harami, along with tenderness.
Using A5 grade black-haired wagyu, it is packed with tenderness and the deliciousness of lean meat.
Since our establishment, we have been using the outer harami known for its tenderness.
