In a calm space, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal. The meat dishes had a variety such as steak and shabu-shabu, all of which were fragrant and satisfying. In particular, the loin was enhanced by pairing it with wasabi, and I was surprised by its tenderness. The appetizer plate and the bagna càuda were also elaborate, and even the croquettes and quiche were delicious. The dish of cod with a buttery aroma was impressive, and even though it was a meat restaurant, I felt that the fish was also properly delicious. The finishing salt cold noodles and yuzu sorbet were refreshing, allowing me to enjoy my time until the very end.
