This course is designed for you to enjoy Amakusa Daio chicken with the most gorgeous oyakodon in Japan, [Ultimate oyakodon], as the finale.
This is the most luxurious parent-child rice bowl in Japan, made with the largest Japanese chicken 'Amakusa Daiou' and the best eggs 'Yumeou', topped with truffles, caviar, and foie gras.
The ultimate oyakodon made with the legendary Amakusa Daisuke chicken. The meat is grilled over binchotan charcoal on the skin side to enhance its aroma. The eggs used are those that are delicious when eaten raw, specifically chosen for this oyakodon! The sauce is homemade, made by extracting dashi from kombu, bonito, and shiitake mushrooms, then diluted with the broth from Amakusa Daisuke chicken. Enjoy the ultimate harmony of meat, eggs, and dashi.
This is a menu item that can only be eaten at MARU, where the parent sits on top of the child in the usual oyakodon, which is typically served with the parent and child together.
Available for two servings or more. More economical than ordering individually.
