The specialty of Kashiwa, 'Grilled Chicken', uses 'fresh, safe, and secure' chicken from morning-caught birds. It is grilled at each table using an infrared roaster (which evenly distributes heat to ingredients like meat and vegetables, allowing them to be grilled beautifully and plump without losing moisture due to the infrared effect). Customers can grill the chicken themselves in a 'yakiniku style'. Please feel free to use the condiments and seasonings provided on the table to suit your taste.
