This is a set meal that changes every week. There are two types of main dishes: meat and fish.
Every week, the chef offers a carefully selected menu of mountain vegetables. This set uses slightly luxurious ingredients and is prepared with care, considering nutritional balance, making it a meal that goes well with rice. Limited quantity, so please order early.
This roast beef is made from the sirloin cut, which is usually served as steak, making it tender and infused with a moderate sweetness from the beef fat that you won't find elsewhere. It comes with rock salt, horseradish, and gravy sauce, so feel free to add them to your liking.
Sagaru is a rare cut that can only be obtained from about one kilogram of a whole cow. The meat is very tender, and while the flavor itself is light, it has a strong richness and umami that spreads throughout your mouth with each bite. Additionally, it is carefully cooked at low temperatures, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. Please take this opportunity to savor it with tea over rice at the end.
By grilling the fresh sashimi, you can enjoy even more umami and aroma than when eating it raw. Please be sure to add seaweed and wasabi to make a delicious tea soup at the end. You can savor an exquisite tea soup that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of each seafood all at once.
Featuring our restaurant's pride, medium fatty tuna, along with a variety of fresh seafood delivered directly from Toyosu Market, we have lavishly topped it on rice. Due to limited availability, it may sell out quickly, so we recommend making a reservation before your visit.

The sweet and savory sauce is thoroughly absorbed into the fluffy sea bream flesh, making it delicious whether served directly on rice or enjoyed as a rice tea with condiments and broth.
This is a chazuke set recommended for those who want to enjoy both sea bream chazuke and tuna Rikyu chazuke. The white flesh of the sea bream and the red flesh of the tuna appear in red and white, making it also suitable for celebratory occasions.
Fresh sea bream is enhanced by a rich and flavorful sesame sauce, making it delicious on its own. Additionally, when served with condiments and enjoyed as chazuke, the umami spreads throughout your mouth even more.
Fresh slices of tuna marinated in a sauce made with soy sauce, mirin, and sesame. Please enjoy it on top of rice, and then savor it as chazuke.
The aroma of salmon, the umami of mentaiko, and the light texture of fried shirasu. This chazuke set allows you to enjoy three flavors at once, and it is visually stunning. The moment you pour the special dashi, the fragrance spreads beautifully.
A warm udon with a gentle aroma of dashi, served with sweet and savory braised Wagyu Shigureni and a separate soft-boiled egg. First enjoy it as is, then mix in the egg for a creamy texture. The umami of the Wagyu and the gentle flavor of the dashi come together in a set that warms the heart.
Please enjoy the soft and chewy dorayaki filled with shiratama and tsubuan along with the matcha you prepared yourself.
The freshly grilled rice cake is fragrant and pairs well with the moderately sweet red bean soup. It is a dish you crave during the cold winter. (Served with pickles)
