The dishes are delicious and make use of the best of the ingredients, and you will have a time of surprise and happiness. The butternut pumpkin sformato and the hamo beignets are especially excellent. The Iwate Jersey beef allroast with sauce in the foreground is delicious, and the porcini mushroom risotto is superb. We were very pleased with the dessert of hamo (hamo), and all the dishes are so delicious that we could not choose just one. Thank you to the chef for his cooking.
