The interior of the stall, quietly standing in an alley, has a calming atmosphere with Showa-era music playing. They grill skewers right in front of the counter, and the savory smell and sound make you want to drink more. It's fun to order your favorite skewers, like harami, shrimp, and onions, starting from just one, and the grilling is done to perfection. The signature dish, grilled hormone udon, features chewy udon noodles coated in a sweet and spicy special sauce that perfectly complements the umami of the hormones. When you add a fried egg, the yolk melts into the sauce, enhancing the richness, and I couldn't help but keep eating. I became a complete fan of the casual atmosphere of just a counter where you can stop by quickly, combined with the deliciousness of the carefully prepared teppanyaki.
