This shop, like a hidden retreat quietly located underground, instantly lifts your spirits the moment you find it. The interior is simple and calming, and when you sit at the counter, you can clearly see the owner's meticulous craftsmanship. The first dish that was served, a meat dish, was enhanced by just olive oil, bringing out the umami of the ingredients, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim. The salad, generously made with fruits and vegetables, and the cold corn soup were refreshing, making me happy to feel the season. The signature dish, beef tongue stew, was surprisingly tender, and with each bite, the richness of the sauce spread, bringing joy. Finally, the rich pistachio ice cream paired unexpectedly well with a small amount of curry, keeping the excitement going even after the meal.
