This peony nabe is our original blend of mainly white miso. Usually, peony hot pot is served with a strong seasoning to eliminate the smell of wild boar, but we have created a light miso flavor that can only be achieved by using our special boar. It can be served without removing the flavor of the top-grade wild boar. Moreover, wild boar is low in fat and calories! The cheese risotto is a special finishing touch. The soy sauce-based broth is accented with plenty of white onions, chopped leeks, and a little black pepper, creating a flavor that keeps you coming back for more. The black pepper is "kampot pepper" grown on a farm in Cambodia. However, this pepper has a very good flavor and aroma rather than spiciness, and goes well with all kinds of dishes, Japanese, Chinese, and Western. The sweetness of the onion has increased as it has become soft and juicy, the special boar has absorbed plenty of soy sauce broth with no sugar and no smell, and the kampot pepper adds a unique accent.
