Charcoal is made and straw dances in the air. This special course is available only on weekdays. Enjoy the aroma of five char-grilled local vegetables and today's fresh fish grilled on straw, then add depth with fried new potatoes with truffle salt and potage of candied onions. The main course is a charcoal-grilled steak of jarred top halami. The meal concludes with takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with sakura shrimps and baby sardines). For 2 hours, 4,900 yen, a feast for the senses. A luxurious experience only available on weekdays.
A special birthday/anniversary course celebrated with a flame. The course opens with aromatic char-grilled local vegetables and two kinds of fresh fish grilled on straw mats. A potage of candied onions and "angel's coat" cod kadaihu (codfish kadaihu) add to the festivities.
