This is an okonomiyaki with less flour that allows you to taste the sweetness of the cabbage. If you choose white wine, Riesling is recommended. If you choose red wine, Gamay is recommended.
This is an okonomiyaki made with beef tendon from Naniwa black cattle and Tohoku short-horned cattle, simmered for two days. The green onions are cut after the order is placed, so the aroma and sweetness are different. You can choose between soy sauce or ponzu.
