It's convenient as it's right by the station. The signboard indicates it's spicy, but there are also dipping noodles with a milder spice level that are easy to eat. The beef bone broth has a wonderful aroma, and the spiciness comes gently after the umami, which is nice. The thick noodles cling well to the sauce and soup, pairing excellently with garlic, crunchy vegetables, and sweet char siu. You can change the flavor with the separately served beef fat garlic oil, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. There are also limited options like beef bone salt ramen, which makes choosing exciting.
