Each seat has an IH heater, and the style of warming and finishing the nabe-yaki udon right in front of you is enjoyable. The hand-made udon has a chewy texture, and the aroma of wheat spreads pleasantly. The beef short rib soup is infused with garlic, giving it a slight kick, and the umami flavor expands. The barley rice comes with broth, and when combined with a raw egg to make a porridge, it becomes a very delightful taste. The soba also seems to be well-regarded, and there are many regular customers, creating a lively atmosphere.
