Enjoy Freshly Made Noodles in a Hot Iron Pot at This Cozy Udon Shop

The interior has counter seats and tatami mat seating, making it very convenient. Each seat has an IH heater, and the style of warming and finishing the nabe-yaki udon right in front of you is enjoyable. The hand-made udon has a chewy texture, and the aroma of wheat spreads pleasantly. The beef short rib soup is infused with garlic, giving it a slight kick, and the umami flavor expands. The barley rice comes with broth, and when combined with a raw egg to make a porridge, it becomes a very delightful taste. The soba also seems to be well-regarded, and there are many regular customers, creating a lively atmosphere.
