A short course based on the theme of "getting ready" to enjoy the bounty of the season in a casual manner. Beginning with an assortment of appetizers, the menu features a papillotte of fish and seafood wrapped in a grill to seal in the flavor, meat dishes cooked at a low temperature with a gentle heat, and a finish and dessert made with homemade cheese.
A colorful assortment of appetizers is followed by seasonal dishes, seafood papillotte with its aroma locked in, gently cooked low-temperature meat dishes, and mezze and desserts made with homemade cheese.
