本膳料理は当家の創業いたしました安土桃山時代に完成いたしました本格的儀式料理でございます。当時は最高のもてなしの膳として丸1日かけて食されたものでございます。 当家の本膳料理は今の時代に合うように中心の部分だけ、平成8年8月1日、当家二十代目当主によって再現されました。一の膳、二の膳と続く料理は全部で23品にも及びます。 時間にして、3時間ほどのお食事となりますが、蝋燭(ろうそく)のあかりのもと、古(いにしえ)の人々が感じた時の流れをお楽しみくださいませ。
