This is our regular menu at Ueno-Hirokoji, where you can enjoy yakitori grilled over Kishu-binchotan charcoal, our specialties, and even desserts.
A premium course featuring yakitori with a focus on Aichi Prefecture's Takahara Cochin and Tottori Prefecture's Daisen chicken, as well as a variety of dishes using Kuro Satsuma chicken, a finale, and dessert.
We offer a la carte dishes to cleanse your palate in between omakase skewers. *Omakase skewers are served with a mix of Kagoshima KuroSatsuma chicken and Daisen chicken.
We offer a variety of seasonal delicacies including a dish of yakitori grilled by the owner Ozawa himself, a dish using safe tataki (black Satsuma chicken), and a sukiyaki of Takahara Cochin to finish off the meal. Please make a reservation at least 4 days prior to your visit.
