We offer a la carte dishes to cleanse your palate in between omakase skewers. *Omakase skewers are served with a mix of Kagoshima KuroSatsuma chicken and Daisen chicken.
We offer a variety of seasonal delicacies including a dish of yakitori grilled by the owner Ozawa himself, a dish using safe tataki (black Satsuma chicken), and a sukiyaki of Takahara Cochin to finish off the meal. Please make a reservation at least 4 days prior to your visit.
This is our regular menu at Ueno-Hirokoji, where you can enjoy yakitori grilled over Kishu-binchotan charcoal, our specialties, and even desserts. The photo is for reference only.
A premium course featuring yakitori made mainly from local chickens such as Aichi Prefecture's Takahara Cochin and Kagoshima Prefecture's Kuro Satsuma Chicken, as well as an excellent dish using safe Kuro Satsuma Chicken tataki, a finale, and even dessert.
