I took out an eel bento from the Ekimae sales area. It can be easily prepared at home by just warming it up and adding the sauce, resulting in a very beautiful finish. The deliciousness of the meat is clearly felt, and the skin has a gentle texture, making the rice go down easily. There is a sense of unity with the sauce rather than a strong roasted flavor, which is satisfying. The fried eel bones come in soy sauce and salt flavors, and even with chili, they are not too spicy, allowing you to enjoy them as a snack. The eel for souvenirs has fewer bones, is thin, and easy to grill, and can be quickly prepared with broth.
