Available from April to September (reservation required in April). Aburi (aburi) is a dish in which the rare meat of the hake is seared to a degree that brings out its savory flavor, allowing you to feel the sweetness of the hake. The hake shabu is served in a light broth with a flavor unique to the Kansai region. Enjoy the white flowers of the sea eel meat as if it were blooming in the pot. Handa somen is served as a finale to the hot-pot dish.
You can enjoy the course meal with the chewy and flavorful red chicken, served with homemade ponzu (includes appetizer, rice porridge, and dessert).
