Refreshing and refreshing salt ramen You can find it about 5 minutes to the left after exiting Harajuku Station. The outside of the restaurant is stylish. I ordered Yuzu Shio Ramen, which is recommended by this restaurant. It was light. First of all, they were grilling the chashu on a charcoal fire in the kitchen. My expectations were high. In fact, the chashu is very tasty. The ramen is a salt ramen with yuzu. The first bite of the yuzu type is very flavorful, but after that, it's all the same. I don't think it's the royal road to ramen. It is good, but I think it is better to add the yuzu in the middle of the ramen.
