Due to the limited duration of the event, we would like to encourage as many customers as possible to visit and enjoy our services, so we will generally decline private bookings for fewer than 100 people.
Check-in will be at the dedicated desk on the 42nd floor.
There, you will receive meal vouchers and wristbands for unlimited drinks.
Payment will be at the drink counter on the 44th floor. Payment is required in advance. If you are late due to personal reasons, the time for your seat and unlimited drinks cannot be extended.

- This venue is completely outdoors. In the evenings of April, May, September, and October, it can get quite cold depending on the weather and wind conditions. Please make sure to prepare for cold weather.
The Broil King grill gets very hot, so please turn off the fire after you have finished cooking all the ingredients.
*Reservations after 7:00 PM will not be accepted.
Seating preferences cannot be accommodated. Please understand that there may be cases where only seats without a roof can be reserved. Seats with a roof can accommodate light rain, but depending on wind conditions, there may be a possibility of cancellation or suspension of operations on the day. In case of bad weather, we will contact customers via email in advance, and if you notify us of cancellation by the specified date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- As this is a limited-time venue, staff will not be on-site at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by difficulty in reaching us by phone; if you cannot get through, please contact us via email at nagoya@carvino.jp for inquiries, changes in the number of people, or cancellations.
- Check-in on the day of use is at the 42nd floor reception.
- The seating time is 2.5 hours from your reservation time.
- Generally, we accept reservations starting from a meal plan for two adults. (For children in the 3rd grade of elementary school or below, two people count as one.) The plan includes equipment usage fees. From the upper grades of elementary school, adult rates apply. Unlimited soft drinks are 800 yen.
- For children who do not order food (those with fewer orders than the number of visitors), an additional equipment usage fee will be charged. (1,500 yen for middle school students and above, 1,000 yen for elementary school students, free for preschoolers.)
- Different meal plans cannot be accepted for the same group.
- Tickets for the observation deck cannot be refunded once purchased in advance.
- Our venue is located within the observation deck, and re-entry will be confirmed with a wristband, so please understand.
- For cancellations and changes in the number of people, we require full payment of the usage fee. Changes in the number of people must be made by 5 PM two days prior.
- We may not be able to accommodate increases in the number of people, so please understand. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- For customers using the plan, the price includes the Broil King grill, tongs, cutting boards, tableware, fuel, garbage collection, etc.
- Bringing in equipment is not allowed.
- Please refrain from actions that may damage the facilities or disturb the neighbors.
- Use by minors alone is prohibited.
- Alcohol cannot be served to minors or customers arriving by car.
- Only those who agree to the terms of use listed on the official website can use the service.
■ Regarding Equipment Rental
- For safety reasons, moving equipment is generally prohibited.
■ About Returns
- Staff will notify you 30 minutes before the end time. If the time is exceeded, an extension fee may be charged.
■ About Bringing Items
- Delivery of food and other items to this facility is strictly prohibited. We do not accept packages arranged by customers.
- For safety management, bringing in flammable items such as stoves and fireworks is prohibited.
- For hygiene management, bringing in food and beverages is generally prohibited.
■ Cancellations
1. In cases of bad weather such as typhoons, snowfall, or heavy rain, we may cancel or evacuate regardless of whether it is before or during the event, based on guidance from government agencies.
2. If actions that disturb other users or our staff are confirmed, you will be asked to stop using the service.
3. If violations of other usage regulations or actions ignoring staff warnings are observed, you will be asked to stop using the service.
4. If you are asked to stop using the service for reasons 2 or 3, please understand that we will charge you the amount of the reserved plan as a cancellation fee.
■ Others
- The grill for cooking meat, the lid, and the sides get very hot. Please be careful not to touch them.
- Please be cautious of burns and injuries caused by rental equipment. There is no insurance coverage. We cannot provide compensation for accidents.
- Many people are using fire in the venue, which is very dangerous. To prevent accidents such as burns, running around and similar actions are prohibited.
- Please do not adjust the temperature of the grill yourself.
- If you smell gas, please inform the staff immediately.
- For hygiene management, please use separate tongs for handling raw meat and cooked meat.
- Please do not place raw meat on the cutting board used for cutting cooked meat.
- For hygiene management, please do not wash cooking utensils or cutting boards at the handwashing station.
- Our venue is non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the 41st floor. You can re-enter if you are wearing a wristband. Smoking inside the venue is prohibited. If found, you will be asked to leave immediately.
- Underage drinking is prohibited by law.
