Image of Katsudon in Niigata In Niigata Prefecture, katsudon is a bowl of rice topped with pork cutlet and sauce, I would like the people of Niigata to have a slightly correct image of katsudon. Tare-katsu-don is a popular menu item mainly in Niigata City. It is no exaggeration to say that most of the prefecture has katsudon with egg. However, it is true that this tarekatsu is also very tasty. As a resident of Niigata Prefecture, I feel a little uncomfortable with the naming of this restaurant, though.

A taste of Niigata that makes you feel at home. Take-out from Niigata Katsudon Tarekatsu Honten, a famous pork cutlet restaurant! The deep-fried pork cutlet is delicious with a refreshing, rich and slightly sweet taste and carefully selected ingredients. I know there are some people who don't like the sauce cutlet, but I like it because it's a dish I want to eat every once in a while! By the way, this time I had 2 pieces of filet cutlet. I chose the special bento box lunch box which contains 2 pieces of filet cutlet, 1 large fried prawn and deep-fried vegetables. Thank you for the lunch!
