This is a beer made using Shima banana from Amami Oshima. It is brewed in the German Weizen style.

We packed Chomeisou from Amami Oshima into this beer. As the name suggests, Chomeisou is a highly nutritious plant. This is a product that has been packed in a fresh state into a Pale Ale style beer.

A beer made using 'Pure Brown Sugar' from Tokunoshima, Isen Town, which was broadcasted as the best brown sugar in Japan, along with ginger. It is finished as a brown ale.

Among the shochu makers in Amami, which have traditionally relied on atmospheric distillation, this was the first to adopt the vacuum distillation method, changing the conventional image of brown sugar shochu. It has become popular for its rich aroma and smooth taste, while also offering a refreshing finish.

A rare shochu that uses 'acoustic aging,' where classical music is played near tanks containing raw liquor to enhance the aging process through vibrations. With a cool blue bottle and a colorful label, it has a smooth and refreshing taste, making it the most popular kokuto shochu in terms of recognition.

This is a popular black sugar shochu known for its clear and refreshing base spirit made through vacuum distillation, blended with the long-aged ancient sake 'Hama Chidori no Uta' proudly produced by Amami Oshima Shuzo.
