Since the owner is from Kumamoto, we carefully source horse sashimi from the authentic Kumamoto region. We offer several types of high-quality horse sashimi that are on par with popular local specialty stores. Many customers come from both inside and outside the prefecture specifically for our horse sashimi. We also have nearly 30 types of sake that pair well with horse sashimi.
