I was satisfied to enjoy both horse sashimi and yuzu offal hot pot. The soup is light and fragrant, and it progresses pleasantly all the way to the finishing pho. The horse sashimi has a variety of cuts, allowing me to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. The potato salad with herbs and the offal dumplings with cartilage also left a strong impression. The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, making it comfortable to spend time in a small group. There is a wide variety of drinks, which paired well with the dishes.
