This course features the chef's signature Kyushu cuisine using a variety of ingredients, including fresh seafood shipped directly from Kyushu. The fish that have just been swimming in the tank are processed with the skill of a master chef, and served as they are fresh as sashimi or appetizers. We also have a wide variety of sake, including Kyushu's locally brewed sake, that goes well with our dishes. We recommend this restaurant for a meal with casual friends or colleagues.
This omakase course features a variety of Kyushu cuisine prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients imported from the local market. The main dish is "Bungo Beef Sirloin Grilled with Rock Salt Plate" with melt-in-your-mouth meat quality. In addition, we offer a total of 8 dishes that go well with sake, such as appetizers and sashimi. This course is ideal for business occasions such as business entertainment or special occasions.

Fukuoka Prefecture, Yame City, Sake Meter: +3. This Junmai Daiginjo, made with 100% Yamada Nishiki, has a balanced flavor with a slightly fruity aroma and a rich taste.
Fukuoka Prefecture, Kitakyushu City, Sake Degree: +3, Dry. This is a flavorful sake made entirely by hand using local Yawata rice and spring water from the Sarakurayama mountain range.
Fukuoka Prefecture Kurume City Sake Degree: +6 Dry 4-5 years aged with a smoky flavor and moderate acidity creating a slightly spicy and mature taste.
Okayama Prefecture, Maniwa City, Sake Meter Value: +5, Dry. Young brewers create this using traditional Bodaimoto brewing. It features a refreshing acidity and the rich umami of Omachi rice.
