Using the finest part of carefully selected buckwheat, the flour is milled to create noodles that are white in color, offering a different flavor and texture compared to Izushi soba. We also pay special attention to the dipping sauce, providing one that is suitable for 100% soba. Enjoy the original taste of soba.
The refreshing taste of grated daikon radish stimulates the appetite. Even those suffering from summer fatigue or lack of appetite can easily enjoy a full serving.
The bowl is filled with tororo. The soba and tororo blend perfectly, creating an indescribably smooth texture.
This is a special dish unique to soba shops, made by combining dumpling flour and buckwheat flour, and using blue soybeans for the soybean flour. Please enjoy it freshly made and hot. Includes soba tea.
