As you pass through the bookshelf door, a calm adult atmosphere spreads out. The warm broth that first appears is gentle, raising expectations for the upcoming course. The combination of fruit and buffalo mozzarella is fresh, and the Italian cuisine naturally blends with a sense of Japanese aesthetics. The black crab cream croquette, coated in charcoal, has a crispy exterior, and a rich flavor bursts from within. The cooking of the fish and venison is exquisite, and the red wine and currant sauce enhances the aroma. The flow from the pasta to the dessert is pleasant, and it pairs well with the wine, leaving the heart satisfied.
