Located in the basement of the hotel, it has a somewhat hidden atmosphere. The oden comes in variations of dashi, chicken broth, and miso, and each dish is served carefully, making it enjoyable. The umami of the dashi is gentle, and the combinations of ingredients are thoughtfully crafted, which is exciting. The rice cooked in a clay pot is fragrant, and when you add the egg from the miso oden, it pairs perfectly. In the private room, you can also order the grilled chicken from next door, which is fluffy and juicy, and goes well with sake. With a calm ambiance and attentive service, I was thoroughly satisfied all the way to the last dessert.
