Against the backdrop of Hanno's rich natural environment, the restaurant continues to offer the best culinary experience with an all-you-can-eat course using fresh fish shipped directly from Toyosu Market.

He is the founder of Sushi Suzuki and is proficient in the traditional Edo-mae sushi technique. He personally selects seasonal seafood at the Tsukiji market and carefully prepares it to provide high quality sushi. Taking advantage of the rich nature of Hanno City, he is particular about using local pesticide-free and naturally grown vegetables, honkare-bushi from Makurazaki, and mazuma wasabi from Izu Amagi, and his passion for cooking is building a new sushi culture in Hanno.
