In the warm atmosphere near Ebisu Shrine, you can spend your time in a calm manner. The dishes prepared by a chef who honed his skills in France and hotels are classic yet light, allowing you to enjoy them comfortably until the end. The plate featuring tuna, salmon, and crab showcases the quality of the ingredients, offering a harmonious flavor. The clam and rapeseed soup spreads umami, and the combination of the sweetfish and the beautifully green risotto is delightful. The foie gras, crispy on the outside and melting on the inside, is cooked to perfection, and the sauce pairs well with the bread. The dish with mussels and cauliflower also has a gentle flavor, pairs nicely with wine, and leaves you satisfied all the way to the final dessert.
