I was impressed by the creative dishes with Japanese and ethnic influences! It has been about a year since I first learned of the restaurant's existence last year, and my wish came true when I visited here. I had a craving for that curly cappellini. We were served the omakase course (6,500 yen) with recommended drinks as a pairing. I was served the recommended sake in a pairing style. First course We started with the cappellini! I almost screamed with excitement when it came out. It was such a long plate that I wondered what else it would be used for. LOL! I don't usually eat pasta that often, but cappellini is my favorite! The noodles are cold and firm. Sea bream on top. The aroma of olive oil when you put it in your mouth is very nice! The second dish A bright green smoothie in a shot glass. The mix of garland chrysanthemum, lemon, and kiwi is crisp and refreshing! Item 3 There is a sauce of minced surumeika with squid smear under the taro. On top is cilantro sauce. I want another bowl of this, I want a bowl of this. LOL! The aroma of cilantro is also a hit. Item 4. Western-style chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) made with consommé. There are a lot of ginkgo nuts in it. Bacon and prosciutto ham are on top, which also goes well with the dish. Yuzu citron peel is used as an accent. Item 5. Hirame no Mikuei (Hirame Meat Mignonette)! I've always loved white fish, but I can safely say that this is the most delicious fish I've ever had! Underneath is radish sauce and herb oil. Item 6. Sea eel fritters with a very nice aroma of sesame oil! Kale all around. The batter is light and crispy, and the conger eel meat is fluffy (second time today). Served with Madira sauce, which is often used with foie gras and other dishes. Item 7. Crab is bubbling! The menu item I thought was a risotto. This lovely crab is a seiko crab. The risotto is made with Nepalese pepper, which has a citrus aroma, and is rich and tasty, with a punch of flavor. Item 8. Chrysanthemum Potage. A must for potato lovers! Lots of potato chips and truffles on top! Burrata lurks inside. Item 9. Foie gras brûlée, which I had heard was delicious from an acquaintance. The top is sweet and crispy. The rich taste of foie gras makes me happy. Item 10. Pasta with a Chinese or ethnic flavor. The ingredients used are bamboo shoots, butterbur sprouts, and sakura shrimps. The aroma of cilantro and fennel gives it an ethnic flavor! The noodles are also very firm! I could easily eat it even though my stomach was already full! Delicious! Item 11. Meat! Sharan Duck with straw roast. Tender, juicy and delicious! The Inca Mezame sauce in the middle was slightly sweet and just the way I like it! (Sweet potato lovers rejoice!) Duck and Inca Mezame are my favorite combination. Item 12 A lovely dessert was served. Camembert cheesecake and salted milk ice cream. The taste of Camembert is very rich and mature cheesecake! And it's delicious on its own, It is also delicious on its own or with salted milk ice cream, which adds a sweetness to it! Served with blood orange sauce. It is not restricted to the "Italian" genre, I could feel many Japanese and ethnic elements in this dish. This course was, to put it mildly, too good for the price. The wine selections to match the dishes were all new to me and delicious. I thought, "You know what I like...? I liked them all so much that I thought, "You know what I like...? I was especially surprised by the pink-labeled sake (it's actually sake!!!!). I was so surprised by the pink-labeled sake! It was like wine! I can see why it is so popular, as we had 6 glasses of sake and each person paid around 16,000 yen. We were really very satisfied with the restaurant!

All dishes are delicious, course-only Italian cuisine. The course consists of 10 dishes in small portions and other dishes with the chef's specialties. It begins with the classic cold cappellini with a bite of fresh fish. The sea bream cappellini, seasoned with olive oil and salt, is a bite-sized luxury that brings out the sweetness of the sea bream. From there, soup, steamed egg custard, mousse, and fish dishes are served one after another. The foie gras brûlée, a favorite of mine, is so delicious I could eat it every day! The foie gras brûlée served on espresso bread is perfect with a glass of wine. Pasta is pasta with liver butter, sudachi and mustard. The noodles are chunky, full of carasmi and seasoned too much for my liking. The main course was a dish of straw-roasted Yamagata pork with smoked mashed potatoes. Even the closing dessert was served, making this a truly satisfying course.

We had a wonderful dinner with my daughter for her 18th birthday while we visited Japan at Sel Sal Sale. It was a munificent proper experience for both 18 and 15-year-old girls for their first fine dining. It will be our family memories for sure.
